Delays: A’GALORE is not responsible for delays due to carriers, holidays, natural events, or customs.
Lost/Stolen Packages: A’GALORE does not replace or refund items marked “delivered” by the carrier. Customers must file claims directly with USPS or the applicable carrier.
Order Issues: Any discrepancies or issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery and must be directed to A’GALORE support, not our store. Please contact support@agalore.com.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
For lost USPS shipments, claims must be filed at USPS Claims. Once approved, USPS issues refunds directly.
