We offer free shipping on US orders over $100.

Nail mart USA offers shipping within the 50 US states and Canada. All Canadian customers are responsible for Canadian duty and custom fees. For your protection and convenience, we offer multiple shipping options through USPS, UPS. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. All orders require a street address.

Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on size, weight and location. Order processing typically takes between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday) excluding major US holidays.

Please double check the shipping address you indicated to ensure efficient delivery. We will not be held responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please note that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you have a problem with your package, contact the United States Postal Service immediately at 1(800) 275-8777, or other shipping providers that you chose.

Ordered cannot be altered/canceled once the checkout process is completed.

We assemble and ship orders on weekdays, excluding major US holidays, within 1-3 days of order placement.

We can ship items to you as they become available, or you have the option wait for all items to arrive at our warehouse to be shipped all together.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please track that number.

To prevent packages from getting lost, or delivered to the wrong address, please double check the shipping address you provide at checkout. Your tracking information, provided by the shipping company, is the same as ours. If a package is lost, please contact your chosen shipping provider.

All sales are final with few exceptions. Please refer to our return policy.

We restock inventory on a bi-weekly basis. If a product you are interested in is indicated as “sold out”, you can subscribe to a “restock alert” by entering your email on the product page of the item you are interested in.

 

Our inventory is sold on a first come first sold basis.

All of our products are made in Eastern and Western Europe.

Our brands were hand-picked to be sold on our website after we extensively researched their quality and composition.

All products sold by us are ecologically safe, hypoallergenic, never tested on animals and do not contain poisonous emissions.

All products have certificate and declaration of conformity by the European Union.
