- We offer shipping insurance. If declined by the customer, it is understood that Nail Mart USA bears no responsibility for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
- Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed unless otherwise specified. They represent APPROXIMATE AVERAGES based on past deliveries to similar zip codes provided by our shipping partners. Actual delivery times may vary based on factors such as origin, destination, acceptance time, weather, holidays, and other conditions including customs delays. Our store has no control over these estimates and cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, colors, sizes, quantities, ingredients, compatibility information, and usage instructions are accurate and up to date at the time of sale. However, slight variations in packaging, appearance, color display, or manufacturer updates may occur.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing typically takes between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday) excluding major US holidays.
- Orders can be altered or canceled only if you contact us within one (1) hour of placing the order and before the order has been packed, labeled, fulfilled, transferred to a third-party fulfillment partner, or shipped, whichever occurs first. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellation or modification is not guaranteed.
- Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on size, weight and location.
- For your protection and convenience, we offer multiple shipping options through USPS, and UPS.
- Please double check the shipping address you indicated to ensure efficient delivery. We will not be held responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. Nail Mart USA is not responsible for delay, non-delivery, loss, theft, misdelivery, carrier return, return-to-sender fees, reshipment fees, or other costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, undeliverable, or inaccessible shipping address supplied by the customer
- Please note that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control or influence. Any issues regarding lost, damaged (package damaged during transportation), or delayed packages must be addressed directly with your chosen delivery provider.
- For added security, we offer optional Shipping Protection insurance for a nominal fee, typically a small percentage of your order value. Opting in ensures you are guaranteed recovery of your goods in the event of damage, mis-delivery, theft, or loss—a replacement order or a full refund will be processed within 24-48 hours through a simple and hassle-free process.
Please note, if you choose to Opt-Out, Nail Mart USA cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues, as we do not handle package delivery ourselves.

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday, excluding major US holidays.
- Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes via UPS. All orders require a street address unless shipping with USPS.
- Shipping available to the 50 United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.
- If you have placed an order and the order has not arrived when the tracking information states delivered, please contact us within 7 days of it being in 'delivered' status.
- If a carrier provides proof of delivery (including photo evidence, GPS scan, or delivery confirmation), refunds will not be issued. In these cases, only a replacement option may be available and will be processed at our discretion. We will still file a carrier claim on the customer’s behalf; however, because the package is marked as delivered, claims are often denied. Customers are encouraged to contact their local carrier office immediately if a package is not located upon delivery confirmation. Carrier tracking, delivery confirmation, GPS scan, photo delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, or other carrier proof of delivery may be used as evidence that the order was shipped and/or delivered, including in response to a chargeback, payment dispute, non-receipt claim, or other order dispute.
- If you have received an email from us with a tracking number but it has not updated after 7 days, please contact us within 7 days of the tracking number not updating. We are unable to resolve any issues after this time period.
- International shipping: We are not liable for any additional Customs charges or International Tariffs incurred when shipping outside the US. Customers are advised to inquire about these charges from their local authorities or international carriers.
- Customers agree not to initiate or assist any false, misleading, bad-faith, or fraudulent non-receipt claim, cancellation claim, chargeback, payment reversal, payment dispute, or unauthorized-transaction claim. We may use order records, payment records, shipment records, delivery confirmations, customer communications, photographs, screenshots, public social-media posts, and other relevant evidence to verify shipment and delivery and to respond to such disputes.
