SHIPPING POLICY

  • Order processing typically takes between1-3 business days (Monday – Friday) excluding major US holidays.
  • Ordered cannot be altered/canceled once the checkout process is completed.
  • Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on size, weight and location.
  • For your protection and convenience, we offer multiple shipping options through USPS, UPS and FedEx.

  • Please double check the shipping address you indicated to ensure efficient delivery. We will not be held responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 
  • Please note that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you have a problem with your package, contact the United States Postal Service immediately at 1(800) 275-8777.
  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday, excluding major US holidays.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. All orders require a street address.
  • Shipping available to the 50 United States and Canada.
  • All Canadian customers are responsible for Canadian duty and custom fees.
  • If you have placed an order and the order has not arrived when the tracking information states delivered, please contact us within 7 days of it being in 'delivered' status.
  • If you have received an email from us with a tracking number but it has not updated after 7 days, please contact us within 7 days of the tracking number not updating. We are unable to resolve any issues after this time period.
