Make any design glow in the dark! simply apply Lights-Out to full nail or any area you want to glow.

**NOT MEANT AS A TOP COAT**

You simply paint it on top of the nails before your finish layer of gel. 

You can use it as a design or over the entire nail. It is clear therefore it will not change your nail color. It will "charge" during the day as it is exposed to light and when the lights go out you have the coolest glowing nail! 

Like all Akzentz gels, it's 100% pure gel, solvent free, and made from top quality European and North American ingredients.
