The product comes with an Original Manufacturer’s US Warranty, valid for 1 year from the purchase date for both the Handpiece and Controller Box. Warranty service is handled directly through the manufacturer’s authorized service center.

Please note that warranty coverage does not include cleaning, replacement of moving parts (such as brushes, bearings, chucks, and similar components), misuse, improper handling, or incorrect switching of rotation direction. Customers are responsible for completing and submitting any required warranty forms online and shipping the product for warranty service. Shipping costs to and from the service center are the responsibility of the customer, as free shipping is not included for warranty claims.
