KOKOIST Ultraviolet is one of those magnetic gels that you really have to see in person to fully appreciate the depth of color happening with every move. The purple base is beautiful on its own, but it’s the color-shifting magnetic particles that make this color so special. As your nail moves and catches the light from different angles, the particles shift and become another color right before your eyes, creating so much depth and dimension.
What I love most is that it never looks flat or like just another purple magnetic gel. The magnetic particle content is high, color saturation is at a maximum and the particles are very reactive to the movement of the magnet. This is exactly the kind of color that reminds me why I love collecting unique Korean and Japanese gels.
