The product comes with an Original Manufacturer's US Warranty, valid for 1 year from the purchase date for both the Handpiece and Controller Box. The warranty service is conducted from their Irvine (CA) office. To make a warranty claim, customers must use the SAESHIN warranty website or call their service phone number at 949-825-6925.
Please note that certain situations are excluded from warranty coverage, such as cleaning, replacement of moving parts (brushes, bearings, chucks, etc.), misuse, or incorrect switching of rotation. For specific warranty details, you can refer to the enclosed paper included with the set.
It is the responsibility of the customer to complete and submit all necessary forms online and ship the products for warranty service. Any shipping costs to and from the warranty service are the customers responsibility, as we do not offer free shipping.
