How to apply:

1. Cover with a base, do not level and cure.

2. Use scraper / pusher to gather the confetti. 

3. Spread the design with a small drop of top coat with a brush and cure.

4. Cover with top coat.

5. Gently buff so that the next layer of the top does not “slip”.

6. Apply a second layer of top coat.
